How We Calculate Shipping Costs
All shirts are shipped via USPS. All orders under 3 shirts total, will be shipped via USPS at a flat rate of $5.00. All order of 3 or more t-shirts are shipped on our dime.

Where does the total shipping cost of my order appear?
You can find the total shipping cost for your order after you add your items to your shopping cart and begin to check out. Authentic Boricua reserves the right to use alternate shipping carriers on some orders.

Can you track your shipment?
Absolutely. When the order ships from the post office, USPS will email you your tracking information. 

Returns
Authentic Boricua will accept returns if the following conditions exist:

• Must notify Authentic Boricua within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Must receive a RMA from Authentic Boricua authorizing the return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Items must be in new condition. Items may not of been worn, washed, decorated, or any way modified. Authentic Boricua will be the sole judge as to the condition of the returned product.
• There is a 15% restocking fee.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed.
• Items must be returned prepaid, insured, and with delivery confirmation.
